A machine price is only one part of the purchase decision. Compare quotations for the same equipment and separate taxes, freight, installation, site work and ongoing service costs. Use this checklist alongside the AACF-V2 variants and quotation enquiry.

Start With a Like-for-Like Equipment Quote

A useful comparison starts with the exact model or variant and a written list of supplied equipment. Record the controls, wash functions, scanning and safety features, drying configuration, pumps, accessories and any optional items. If two quotations describe different equipment, their headline prices are not directly comparable.

Separate Taxes, Freight and Delivery

Ask each supplier to identify the base machine price and state separately whether GST, freight, transit insurance, unloading and delivery to your site are included. The quotation should also name its validity period, payment milestones and the conditions that can change the final amount.

Price Site Work and Utilities Separately

Request a site-specific scope before budgeting for installation. It should identify civil work, foundations or pits, drainage, water supply and storage, electrical load and cabling, access for unloading, and any equipment room or treatment system. Confirm which party designs, supplies, installs and approves each item.

Obtain Written Ownership and Service Terms

The purchase price does not describe the full ownership scope. Ask for warranty terms and exclusions, preventive-maintenance requirements, AMC inclusions, consumable specifications, spare-parts pricing and availability, service labour and travel charges, and the process for requesting technical support. Treat only the written supplier terms as part of the offer.
