The AACF-V2 is a touchless automatic car wash machine: no brushes or cloths touch the paint. The vehicle is cleaned with high-pressure water and chemicals, applied by a spray arm that follows the car. A full wash-and-dry cycle takes 3–6 minutes and is run by one operator.

Washes at 130 bar operating pressure, driven by a 7.5 kW water pump with a VFD drive.
Scans each vehicle
3D scanning measures length, width and height using proximity, optical and ultrasonic sensors. Human detection pauses the cycle automatically for safety.

Automatic under-chassis wash, with light, medium and hard wash modes plus a manual mode.
Wash and dry in one cycle
A 3–6 minute wash-and-dry, with dual chemical provision (pre-soak + shampoo, or shampoo + wax). Published water use is 20–60 L per wash.
