This website is operated by Suconto AACF Services LLP. Suconto AACF Services LLP is the data fiduciary for personal data collected on pristineaacf.com. PRISTINE AACF is a registered trademark of Suconto AACF Services LLP.

We run an automated car wash in Coimbatore, India, at Lakshmi Complex, Cross Cut Road. We also sell AACF-V2 machines and franchises.

We wrote this policy to suit India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Email us at info@pristineaacf.com.

We collect personal data so we can respond to enquiries about franchise and machine sales. This website does not take wash bookings itself.

Enquiry forms

The forms on /franchise and /car-wash-machine collect your name, city and phone number. The machine form also asks what you want to use the machine for. Both forms can collect optional answers about site readiness and purchase timing.

We send that enquiry to our form backend so the team can reply. Submitting a form does not book a wash, reserve a site or create a contract.

WhatsApp, phone and email

Pages include WhatsApp, phone and email links. Machine, franchise, home, FAQ and neighbourhood pages link to WhatsApp and phone on +91 88070 22133. The Coimbatore wash page links to WhatsApp and phone on +91 77089 94055. Email links go to info@pristineaacf.com.

If you contact us that way, you send your message through WhatsApp, your phone network or your email provider. We then use what you send us to reply.

Booking site

The Coimbatore wash page links to book.pristineaacf.com so you can book a Full wash. That booking site is separate. This website does not collect booking names, times or payment details.

Analytics and cookies

We show a consent banner. Google Analytics loads only if you accept. After that, we record page views and events such as form start, enquiry submitted, WhatsApp click, phone click and booking-site click. Those events use page path, offer type, channel and button placement. They do not include your name or phone number.

We store your analytics choice in your browser. The machine page may also store an experiment variant for that visit. You can decline analytics and still send an enquiry.

We also load Vercel Analytics on every page to count visits. That tool is not gated by the consent banner.

Maps

Some pages embed or link to a Google Map of our Coimbatore location. Google provides that map.

We process enquiry data because you choose to send it so we can respond, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. That is consent, and it is also information you give us voluntarily for that purpose.

We process Google Analytics data only if you accept. Opening WhatsApp, phone, email, maps or the booking site is your choice to use those services.

We share personal data only with the processors this website actually uses:

• Vercel, which hosts the site and provides visit analytics
• Supabase, which stores enquiry records from the franchise and machine forms
• Google, if you accept analytics or load an embedded map
• WhatsApp, if you open a WhatsApp link

If you have accepted analytics, a form may also send landing-page path and campaign tags with the enquiry. The current form storage does not keep those fields. The server may see your IP address when you submit, to limit repeat submissions. We do not store that IP in the enquiry record.

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep enquiry records so we can respond and follow up. This website does not delete them automatically after a set period. Email us if you want a record erased.

Analytics data is kept by Google and Vercel under their own settings.

You can ask us to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• correct it
• erase it
• withdraw consent for analytics, or for further use of an enquiry
• raise a grievance

Email info@pristineaacf.com. We will respond as the law requires. If you are not satisfied, you may take your grievance to the Data Protection Board of India.

We will update this page if our practices change. The effective date at the top is the current version.
